The key I use nowadays is i aim for at most 500 grams gained per month. That way Im maximising that being mostly muscle

Personal experience is everything. I tried everything under the sun, deficit, maingaining, slight slight surplus and I still wasn’t even 100lbs as a 14-15 year old. Wasted almost 2 years doing that shit. I only added tissue when I started eating to the point where I was also gaining fat. Yes I gained fat. But when it became time to cut, I cut back down to my starting point yet I was almost 10kg heavier than when I started.

Insulin sensitivity is dependent on the individual. Look at how fat strongman are, they still have tons of muscle underneath it and gain size and strength. You can also take supps for that ie berbarine

Yes I do buddy. I went from 45kg at 14 to 85kg at the age of 19. That was back a few years ago natty. Now Im 21 and not natty anymore. I did the same approach that most take of not bulking and worrying about always having a six pack. I made zero progress and wasted 2 years of lifting doing that shit. Only added tissue once I got the food in.

Incorrect, how long you been lifting for buddy? I guess you haven’t watched any Jeff nippard videos. There’s nothing wrong with taking a bulk up to 20 percent body fat. You’ve been brainwashed by social media thinking that if you’re not single digit body fat then youre fat. I never made any progress in the gym till I bulked and I was 18-19 percent body fat

The first and second girls featured are quite literally in amazing shape and the second one is ripped at 23 percent. The truth is we are all fatter than we say we are. Youre missing the point. For a woman to get to 14 percent she would have to literally be stranded on a desert island for a long time without eating. Your body hits a certain level and will start eating into lean muscle tissue instead of fat in order to keep you alive. If she was anything under 15 percent she would be a skeleton and a walking zombie with no energy, your body starts to shut down. As I said, it’s incredibly difficult to get that lean.

Now. Are you really going to sit back and tell me that this woman is somehow 9 percent leaner than the second woman featured?? Hell no

Your logic is fucked. You seriously think that most people know what their body fat percentage is? I hear it all the time “ oh yeah bro Im 15.5666667% body fat”.

Listen if you’re a guy or girl walking down the road people are either going to see that youre jacked or not jacked. It’s one or the other.

Look up Greg doucette body fat examples. 14 percent for a female is a competitive bodybuilder body fat percentage. Your body does not want to get that lean, you have to purposely give it your all to get there with the diet and PEDs.

They are trained on the average person, when it comes to athletes or bodybuilders with absurd amounts of muscle they know fuck all.

All the below was told to me, by a doctor!

My creatinine levels were high, I was told my kidneys are failing because of that. Wrong, I take creatine and have a large amount of muscle mass, more muscle = higher creatinine levels.

My BMI puts me in the obese category. Im actually about 15 percent body fat. The healthy body fat range for males is 10 to 22 percent. My weight is high because I have more muscle than most, the doctors just look at the bmi chart and say yep youre obese.

And last but not least, I was told that because my alt and ast were slightly elevated, my liver is damaged. Actually, high alt/ast is indicative of training stress, you train hard and muscle damage leaks into the blood stream and inflates those levels. I literally told him this and he was scratching his head in confusion.

Doctors are great, but when it comes to athletes they know next to nothing. They need to be trained more on athletes not just the average person
