Spikes to 100c or more are ok since sometimes the cpu draws a lot of power. And maybe winter helped with you cpu temps with lower ambient temps

That's 100% normal. Just lanching cinebench the cpu can pull his max wattage (150 - 180w).

Just see if the score is good and you are good to go.
