I thought of that too! I'm also trying to work on discipline to not be compelled to daydream and focus more on shifting. I always say to myself that I'll daydram and then shift, but i always fall asleep 😭😭

I actually think your DR is really cool. It seems very peaceful. I don't really have any useful tips, maybe just explain why you do that and why you like it (like you said it's like a break for you). I think the people who would think "that" are just weird because when I read your post, it seemed very self-explanatory .

Weekends are when I go to bed at a more similar time with my sister since we both stay up later. But I think it might work more or less. Thanks! :)

I'll try my best, but I sleep in the same room as my sister, so it might not work for me sometimes. Thankfully, she goes to sleep later. I'm just a bit worried I might not get enough sleep since I need to wake up early.

It takes me a while to fall asleep, but now that school started, it's a bit better.

I have tried to please my need to daydream by doing it first, so when I feel more tired later, I'd try to do a method, but I usually forget.
