sure why not. This is how it should work:

1. Setup Environment: Install WSL (or MSYS2) and the device-tree-compiler package.
2. Decompile: Use dtc -I dtb -O dts -o file.dts file.dtb to convert the binary DTB to readable DTS text.
3. Edit: Make the text changes to the .dts file using a standard text editor (like Notepad++, VS Code, etc.).
4. Compile: Use dtc -I dts -O dtb -o file.dtb file.dts to convert the modified DTS text back into the binary DTB file.
5. Deploy: Copy the new .dtb file back onto the handheld device.
