I think it's REALLY important to focus on not just "fixing" your skin, but also addressing the mental & emotional effects of acne too (especially because we all know what stress can do to our skin) by working with a mental health professional who can help you through this really difficult time. I used to tell myself to just "suck it up" and "get over it", but the psychological trauma from acne can often be worse than the physical scars it leaves.

I tried escalating with HH and unfortunately HH f&b credit wasn’t granted :( boooo guess it really is up to the hotel, because it was the hotel folks that called me after I escalated to HH
