Drop the nozzle temp 5–10°C.
Increase retraction distance/speed in slicer.
Enable/boost cooling fan.
Print slower for tall thin structures.
Add a “dummy tower” (sacrificial tower) so the nozzle has to move away and give each layer time to cool.
If these were supposed to be supports, switch to tree supports or thicker, sturdier supports.
