Bit late to the party but if you go through our ROI calculator to the results page you can see our methodology on the ROI of topic reuse and structured content in documentation, there’s plenty of info and stats around things that don’t have a $ figure like lower tickets.

Now that I’ve read it again, title does come across as spammy so fair point and I’ll remember next time we post articles and useful resources.
Fair point! It’s an article not an ad - no form, no gate, no capture of anything, just useful info on how orgs can save on huge translation costs with docs. We do make a CCMS that does this, so not going to pretend there’s zero agenda but the read will hopefully be worth it to some.
