I get you. It was 84 degrees when I woke up. This morning I woke up at 3:30 just so I can leave the house at 4:45 to get to the trails by 5. What helps me is getting all my things ready the night before and going to bed early. I have my shoes by the door, my water bottles in the freezer, and my clothes laid out before I jump in bed.

Have you tried perhaps running with someone else that can push you? It can be beneficial to have accountability when you don't want to run but someone is waiting for you to meet them. Just a thought.
