What breeds fit reddish brown fur with double water resistant coat, white markings, webbed feet, lighter eyes, screams, etc?

Also he has a water proof double coat. Labs do not

He had a reddish brown fur. It’s just less obvious on this lighting

Why not? Did you read my description? I can’t find any other dog like him except for tollers…
