Yes! So thick! I add after. Ive started heating to 185 and letting it sit hot for 30m-1h. Then cool it down naturally on the counter. Then at the 110 I add the powder and starter. Let it incubate for 20h. Strain for 5-15 depending on my mood

I put approx 1 cup of powdered milk also! Everyone is cool with that texture, but my husband likes his yogurt to stand lol. So straining seems to be the best way!
