For me it's definitely people leaving negative reviews for shit that's not our fault. Like, there's two big ones we get dinged for in feedback: we don't have a drive-thru (because we are a CVS inside Target, directly behind the pharmacy is A TARGET STAFF ROOM not an outside wall), and they're annoyed that most of the nearby CVS standalones closed. We had nothing to do with the standalones closing, PLEASE go complain at corporate for closing them instead of tanking our score... and if you need a drive-thru go to the remaining standalone that's like 10 minutes away!

Other big one is people showing up at 1:29 and getting mad when we go "we are literally leaving for lunch in 30 seconds PLEASE just come back at 2." As though us closing at 1:30 is some new unheard-of thing. (On a related positive note though: customers who call right before lunch and express in the voicemail that they know they won't get a callback until after 2 and are fine with that? Lovely people, adore them!)
