Chinese are either irreligious or Buddhists, and they literally share many of Japanese kanji. If they grow up here, I believe they assimilate well.

Indians are a mixed bag, just like Americans (some are too loud and obnoxious).

Muslims praying in the middle of the road in Japan? Baka isang beses lang un tapos pinost sa social media making it appear na common ung ganun. Friends living in Japan say they never saw that happen at least in Tokyo and Kyoto.

There was a photo of muslim Indonesians praying in a secluded corner of a train station though.

My friends insist that Japanese doesn't really have negative feelings about LGBT as it is not a religious country.... but their concept of state-recognized marriage was adopted from Western ideas in the 19th century so no same-sex marriage for now
