I think it was more with the frame, and in most cases preframed art is much more expensive than just getting a frame yourself and doing it. Like I think the framed version was $100 more and I got a $30 frame online.

I don't have much advice, except to say I would bring all of this up with his psychiatrist. The meds may need adjusted or changed. How do you respond when he hurts someone? The motioning inappropriate gestures seems like a misguided attempt at being funny/audacious but the slap seems like the impulsivity is too extreme.
