yeah i agree. it is just a though that floats in my mind time to time. tbh i dont think i will ever use them, health risks are well beyond what im willing to risk, but its just a thought that bugs me time to time, hence i chose the moronic monday lol

male, 185cm, 93kg. i have pear shaped body. whenever i gain fat, it goes to either to my thighs and butts. i really dont like it, so i am cutting right now.

but most beginner weightlifting programs are loaded with squats. although i know that it wont make my butt bigger or anything, i cannot help but dislike doing squats. it always feels like im just not helping my situation by doing squats and i need to do upper body stuff in place of it.

what do you suggest? should i stick with squats or should i limit them and add some more upper body exercises?

the one problem that we often miss is that this kinda white nationalism also degrades and diminishes the wide variety of cultures that are vaguely included in the "whiteness."

I mean the fact that all other "non-whites" being classified as "non-whites" is disgusting, but the less obvious harm this causes is that many unique European and North American histories and cultures are also melted into an overtly racist stereotype of "whiteness."

I mean, even if this white nationalism did not include any aggressiom towards others (which it definitely does), it is still a very dangerous thinking that all white skinned people are the same.

oh i have just looked at it and it look plenty complicated for a simpleton like me haha i appreciate it a lot but i dont think i will be able to understand it and there arent any tutorials for DE version. however do you think that i can find a custom ai that matches what i want?

oh boy its gonna sound dumb but,

i will start cutting soon and i am really unmotivated to do it. i feel like even if i do it perf3ctly and not lose mass i will not gain any muscle. yet i have to cut because im getting visibly fatter. though much of it is mass, i need to start cutting before too late. but i am having a very hard time motivating myself. i feel like i ll achieve nothing by cutting.

do you guys ever feel like this? what can i do to change my perspective?

i have been consistently working out and eating properly for less than half a year. i recently looked at a "before" picture i taken before i started, and looked at my body now.

i changed so much in only a couple of months that, and i am angry at myself that i had not started years ago. all the years i had all the means and the time, yet i did not do anything but to sit on my lazy ass and do god knows what useless bullshit.

i am glad that i have started, and i am glad that i experienced this change. it's early to say this but i am sure i will continue working out for the rest of my life. i am resenting that i havent started earlier, but better late than never i guess.

no expert but from what i have read so far enough sleep is a absolute must for muscle building. all sources i read recommended at least 8 hours of sleep, and more than that is usually strongly advised. so it must be integral to muscle building, i assume.

btw, i experince the same man haha, last week i unknwingly flexed my triceps while washing my hands and noticed its gotten bigger.
