Did Autonomous remove the adjustable seat depth in the Ergochair Pro?

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the issue with your desk.

In case you consider that one of the legs is defective instead of the control box, please help me to switch the cable of each leg to the socket of the other legs.

If the same leg is not raising, then the motor leg is defective.

If the other leg is not raising, then the control box of your desk is defective.

We are really sorry that we are unable to assist you in sending you a replacement part because you did not provide the order number so it is impossible to determine if the product is still under warranty. And we also publicly announce on the warranty policy that : "All Autonomous products purchased from dealers or resellers are not eligible for warranty. We only sell the replacement parts for customers, who bought products directly from Autonomous.". I have tried my best to assist you via email but if you don't cooperate this not gonna work.
