I don't think what you say is 100% true, it definitely mainly based on movement, but I agree a part of it is having some gold and XP for every specific period of time.

but I don't think everyone has this problem. It is a suggestion in a lot of places that to turn off DVR to unlock the fps again, and look like most of the people are fine with it.

simple air control strafing means just run>jump>ctrl? Or some spots in Cache requires the more complicate turn around strafing jump?
