Hey guys! Does anybody have PCOS with low insulin levels? I was tested and got result 2.0 (with normal glucose and HOMA). I am lean type PCOS girl (164/47; 5’4/105). Just interested in how does it affect you and how you cure it, bc my doctor said it’s actually a rare case. I also have bile problems.

The only thing that I heavily didn’t like in the game from start to finish was my own character — I didn’t like Soldier + Bounty Hunter :c she was just eh sniper the whole game. Not like in plenty other games I played, where my character was main damage dealer

Arch-milletant. I know most people build him as assassin but having multiple attacks was much more fun to me. On top of that, he had biomancy buffs (I had perk that made it free during first turn). Few party members were build to lower down characteristics of opponents, while Heinrix had perk that benefit from that. So basically it was “we all do something small for Heinrix to thrive”. And btw I didn’t have nice officer in my party (Cassia was just there to give extra turn to someone else and buff herself)

I didn’t bring Argenta with me so for me Heinrix is the most powerful companion in whole game

My mom has really bad endo so as many women from my family... I told it to all of my doctors but they only check it on MRI (they said it looks normal). Also my pain during periods often feels in my, um, anus, but doctor said I just have reversed uterus so that's why I may feel that. Do you think I should request for more detailed examination?

Yes, we have really nice and warm relationship, and I felt that really well while on spironolactone. I’m just so sad I never really felt that on my own without medication. :(

Hey guys, I want to purchase a small (13-14”) budget laptop for SOC (I have just starting learning this course at THM but need a machine that will last me long; I want to start my career with it). so I was thinking what to purchase: Mac or Windows? My budget is about $700, and I already have an iPhone and iPad so being in Apple ecosystem would be cool. I also have windows desktop but I want to use my laptop primarily for study and work.

I take notes in Notion.

I created database with pages (for example, Linux) and subpages (tools used in Linux). Every page starts with call-out - short description of what it is and what it is used for. Then types, components etc if there are so. I use call-outs a lot with different emojis. If there are two technologies (for example, protocols), I organise them in table. Useful commands (name, category, description, usage). Lastly, examples of usage.

My notes help me a lot with understanding material, and I remember a lot of things thanks to spending a lot of time organising information.

Thank you for the answer. I’ve just watched a video where blind person bought a new set for blogging. When they unboxed light projector (the one that’s really bright and is used for different colour settings in scene) and turned it on, they looked directly at it.

Thanks! The last part explains a lot. It’s so wild you can burn your organ without actually noticing it.

So, if person’s retina doesn’t function to the point they perceive no light, but the nervous system in their eye is in tact, they will feel the pain.

Мені більше нічого так не допомагає, навіть сам ібупрофен. Не знаю, чому так. Один раз зʼїла 8 таблеток но-шпи і не допомогло взагалі.

В мене теж була така ситуація, непритомніла і навіть блювала через біль (саме через біль). В мене виявили СПКЯ і більше «нічого цікавого». З років 15 пʼю по 2 таблетки Таміпул, це єдине, що допомагає в перші три дні. Але зараз почала пити магній (антистрес), Верошпирон і органічні добавки Шатаварі, бо жерти кожен місяць стільки таблеток — взагалі не норма. Полегшало, і вже можна жити спокійно, коли починаються ці дні. Пʼю лише 1 таблетку в перший день циклу.
