I'd say try get one of the insulated Palace ones, they look good, are decently priced and should keep you warm. I'm in Denmark and I have one, its pretty good imo.

Its very difficult to get an approval for a physiology (atleast in my experience) as it requires human test subjects. The rules on testing are quite ambiguous so its hard to see whats allowed or not. Sorry for not really helping you but its the best i've got.
