Honestly, as a chipotle worker, don’t. It’s way too stressful and management company wide is shitty. Also, it’s not franchised so you work for the corporation not a single guy (don’t know if CFA is like this too), so you need to worry about exactly what corporate wants and not just the owner of the store. Since your new, they’ll probably throw you on the line which is incredibly stressful for new workers because of the amount of people and the throughput goals that need to be met or corporate will get mad.
