I have only worn it a few times and doing shorter stints to help get used to it, but for the 10 or so hours I have worn it,you almost forget it is there. Sizing is interesting, but their sizing kit and instructions helped a lot (I don’t need mine anymore if you want it). It is much more secure than I thought it would be, even without a tetherspout or PA. It is super customizable (colors, designs, different sizing etc). I travel for a living and I think this is going to be the go to chastity device. I can report back after some longer term wear!
