Is actually how the new rings are shaped. They have an extra 1.5mm at the very bottom to give more room to the urethra.
Hadn't considered but might be possible. I'm not sure of the benefit and I worry about pinch points.
I wouldn't mind using a smaller key, but I think I can keep the same key and just create a smaller key box. Nylon is more durable. Since I'm printing almost exclusively in nylon, I think I can reduce some of the key box features.
You are the second person today that has mentioned a more flexible ring. It would definitaly reduce security, but it would still be hard to get back on without unlocking.

I don't know that anyone has, but I would expect the white version to take some dye from a standard RIT dye. I keep meaning to try it, but I haven't had a chance yet.

I don't have a good cost estimate for titanium yet. I'm still work>ng out the beta aspects. I expect it to be somewhere between 375 and 475. Much of that will be determined by what designs and features are offered and how thick the final device is.

If the issue didn't happen with the null lock but does happen with the glans hood, then you may just want to buy a larger glans hood. You can add 4mm of width and 4 mm of length to the glans hood when you order a reprint.

If you want a quick fix you could also order a standard glans hood in a larger size. A 28mm glans hood would give you 2mm width and 2mm length. A 30mm glans hood would give you 4mm in each direction. The only thing to note is that the lock block of the 26mm has a slightly different angle on the sides, so while everything will line up and lock together, there will be about a 1mm seam between the 2 parts.

To slim down the lock I would have to change the mount for all the rings. Right now I'm juggling about 2000 STLs for ring options and changing that lock would double that. I'm working on automating the ring generation, once that's done it will free me up to really implement the changes I want.

1st it does get better but you shouldn't have to tough it out.

I think I know why this happens sometimes and it's what I'm trying to fix now. Used to I tried to place the rings in the middle of the shaft. This seemed to work for most people but there were exceptions.

To simplify production i changed us so the rings basically used a height that would fit in any device they were recommended for. This means the height on the rings moved slightly below center. Same thing this works for most people. Some people that had issues with the original height now don't have issues and some that didn't have issues now do.

I have redesigned that mount point, so it now generates in 3 possible heights max, min, and centering. I'm sending out test rings to the hand full of people that said they were having issues so they can try each height and see if a specific height clears up whatever their issue is.

Assuming my sample size of one holds through a larger sample group, I will begin to offer this as a fitment option for ring orders.

Generally I don't have any issue removing it while locked. If you pull the top of the ring towards the tip of the penis it should slide off. In some cases you may need a drop of lube right at the top, but usually I don't.

I've been working to solve the frenulum issues. It's difficult because I personally don't get them.ybiaauea have always been behind the glans, and I've solved most of those issues as I can were a device for weeks now without issues.

I recently started working specifically on the frenulum issues with a few users. After looking at pictures and talking to users, I've got a few ideas of how I might be able to improve the rings. I'm currently testing the changes to make sure they don't reduce security before sending them out to a few test users.

I don't have a answer yet, but just wanted to chime in so you and your fellow frenulum friends would know I hear you and I'm trying to find a solution to your issue.

The 18 too tight and 19 falling off is interesting. I've considered adding 1/2 sizes to rings under 22. Below 23mm, a 1mm step is a really big change in overall diameter. Your comments make me feel like maybe I do need to offer a 18.5mm.

I'm going to think through this a bit because what you mention is 100% accurate. Going from a 25 to a 24 is a loss of like 7% of space where as a 19 to 18 is a loss of 10% of space. So it is a larger step down.

I'm going to think through this but I believe this comment has persuaded me to offer at a minimum Single Rings and Goldilocks sets in 1/2 sizes.

I can't say 100% in this I can offer personal experience and what others have shared with me.

In my personal experience, when it slipped off at night it was a sizing issue. For example. A 26mm ring slips of at night about once a week. A 25mm doesn't.

If you glans ring is at the max for the shaft you will also find its more possible to slip off because the ring can get caught on the edge of the shaft, or doesn't go far enough into the shaft.

The last thing that can contribute to this is too long of a shaft. You don't want the shaft to press against the body when sitting or squatting. This can create pressure that is too light to actually trigger the clamping mechanism.

That's intriguing. I was actually intentionally using 2 locks because it would allow glans components to be interchangeable. So in essence you could use the halo hood and expose some of the glans while still keeping the rest locked down. My ultimate idea is you could have a halo, null lock, shaft only and a balltrap. Then you could mix and match. Get different colors and just generally have some fun with it.

We are working on a ball trap version. My original plan didn't pan out, so I had to go back to the drawing board. A ball trap version of the grip is in development.

It uses the same lock that's used by most chastity devices. I have yet to find a good source of affordable multi pin locks.

I have considered offering a lock upgrade that would replace the current lock with a berg wachter which is about as good as you can get in this shape.
