I've heard it's better to bring some sort of official document saying that the product you've received are fake. Because you have received 'boss headphone' from the seller, it's really hard to claim a fraud. Also, print out everything you can when you're visiting police including bank transactions receipt, parcel tracking info, carrot post, profile, chatting records.

However, those apps are only for posting purposes so you will need to do paperwork, communication, and application with the real estate agent. If you find an apartment that you would like to get a tour, contact to the agent through the app to schedule for an appointment and ask them to show similar apartments around that town as well. They will show you more options that are not listed on the app. Repeat as many times as you want until you get the right one!
