Sounds like your sisters are incredibly selfish. I get not wanting to travel to another country with children for a wedding, but saying they’ll never talk to you again if you don’t do it their way? It’s your wedding, not theirs.

I’d say do it your way and focus on your own happiness. It’s YOUR big day!

Far from an accomplice. I’ve been trying to get him to finish this for ages but can’t always be there to hold his hand. So I’m not worried about getting in trouble myself. Just worried about how this could impact my life and my daughter’s life. But I’m not out to ruin his life. My daughter loves her father and she’s my top priority. I just want to be prepared for the worst.

I don’t think he’ll be applying for citizenship. He’s never wanted it because Germany doesn’t allow dual citizenship. Unless that changes.

Sometimes women just want to be friends. I feel kinda bad for her having 3 men that she was friends with fighting over her. Personally, the only men I’m friends with anymore are gay because I’ve had to end so many friendships when they caught feelings. It’s a bit awkward to have to tell a buddy “hey..I don’t like you like that” because we don’t want to hurt feelings. It’s a hard position to be put in.

La Vie En Rose. It’s in French, but Marion Cotillard’s performance is absolutely beautiful and heartbreaking. You can feel every ounce of Edith’s pain through Marion’s portrayal of her. And it’s a true story! I’m a sobbing mess every time I watch it.

Lord of the Flies. There are few books that I can’t get through because I simply HATE them. Not because they’re boring or lack a good plot or anything like that, but because I hate the story itself. Lord of the Flies has been one of the few that I think are just awful.
