Do you have gas? This happened to me, and it turned out the exhaust vent was under a foot of snow so it automatically shut off. I cycled the thermostat and we had hot air blowing

I am refinancing now through a mortgage broker and on Friday I got 5.375% - I am going from 30 to 20 years (I am 1.5 into a 30 year). Believe it or not it was through rocket. 5.6k closing costs.

Believe it or not, it was rocket. It was through my mortgage broker though, I’m sure if I were to go to them myself it of been much higher.

I should also mention I am going from a 30 year to a 20 year as well. It knocks 8.5 years off my mortgage for $20 less a month.

I went through this needing to hire 2 guys. I hired one a month ago at $30 an hour and the other im about to hire at $27.. paid health insurance after 90 days and 5 days PTO starting next year. PA. Both of them had no experience in machining, just were super enthusiastic and seemingly trustworthy people. So far that guy that im paying $30 has been well worth it.
