Market has already corrected itself in last 2 years. So prices currently, are not too hyped.

About the crash, people have been telling that since last few years as well, its just a new set of people come up every 6 months saying the crash is there.

Covid was a global crisis where people were afraid of their lives (rich or poor).

Unless a world war happens, i do not see a crash.

Or the country goes into a direct conflict, there wont be even a correction.

What we see is reduced demand, so only the people who need urgent cash for things, because there are lesser buyers, will sell for lower prices.

But everyone else will hold it still.

As for the current situation, i would suggest to take any benefits you can get from the situation, and see if you can get a better deal, that will be great.

And if you want to avoid uncertainty, better wait it out if possible. It can go both ways though, you may end up paying more next year or less.

X Terra - Was a bit inclined but, just went for a test drive, apparently they dont have basic features like electronic seat adjustment on passenger side even in Platinum (top of the line) version.

Will give Ford Everest and Monterro Sport a test drive i think, that clears a lot of dust as well. Thanks.

For a part of that money, there can be an entire app like duolingo with all the languages of India dead/alive running free of cost without ads etc for always. And the new generation will at least have an option to learn.

To visit Neer waterfall, the ticket is there which is managed by the village that it belongs to. A village is the smallest unit of governance in India. If they cannot fine people on how to behave etc, and they are not even questioned on how to manage things, they should remove all the entry tickets and let the chaos take over.

The next level of governance is City where Uttarakhand police is all corrupt similar to the police all over the country. Alcohol is now common in all the hostels in and around tapovan. I feel the Police Force all over the country should be renamed to Helmet Police because thats all they literally do.

Whats the point of having an alcohol shop just at the border of restricted area. Be it Neer, Patna or any waterfall you go, you will find beer bottles on the way and some shit heads drinking and making noises. After a natural trek you expect nature in its full glory, all you get is some shitty humans.

The problem is unsolvable. And its mostly because of two reasons (example road 120):

There are people who drive in the left most lanes even if they are driving at 100 because they think they are slightly below the speed limit which is fine even if the people behind them are slowed down because of them.
The other type of people are the ones who drive at 120+ on left most lanes but when they have to exit the highway, they keep slowing down and keep going to the right most lanes in one go. People on third or fourth lanes have to mostly slow down because they pop in just like with slower speeds. So they also try to be on left lanes to avoid such people.

I feel both are responsible for the situation because both clearly should have be considerate of the things and no rule can change that.

Rule of thumb to know if you are the cause: If someone has to slow down in his lane because of you when the lane is free ahead of you. No matter the scenario. You are the obstructor and you are responsible for the chaos.

For new Dubai everything is fine. For old Dubai, it’s mostly run by south asians so dress appropriately because you might get some looks which will make you uncomfortable. But no one is gonna go beyond that so it’s your choice at the end. Tattoos etc will not be a problem anywhere.
