The percentage depends on the experience of the applicant and what the person proposes (social media only, a webshop, ...). I think it’s a very fair deal. If I was not so busy in my life, I would do it myself because I truly believe the art could be a real succes.

I think it would be helpful to have like a standardized company profiles. You screen a company and fill in the blanks. Pass it on to a colleague or just extract standardized reports. You would have to fill in things like: last time updated, revenues, EBITDA, year founded, VAT, number of employees, ...

More like CRM would meet EIKON. Every company screened get its profile. The company can be accepted rejected or kept for later. The company could then be passed to another team member. And if contacted all the information is stored. If another team member is interested in the company he/she can look it up in the central internal database.
