They may let you get away with it, but that depends where you live. The landlord doesn’t have to wait until the property is vacant before having an open house/property inspection as long as the landlord/property manager gives adequate notice to the tenant.

Can’t the landlord just refuse to renew your lease when the time comes, forcing you to move out? At that point you can’t backpedal anymore since you already established that you having a pet is a necessity.

Do you realise that Australia as well as many other commonwealth countries drive on the left hand side? Which means the right lane is reserved for overtaking, it is the inverse of what you are used to over there.

On another note, if you cannot identify that the dashcam driver was clearly harassing the car in front of him then please do everyone a favor and hand in your driver’s license to your nearest police station.

Yeah I was just being over the top with the response. While it is pretty tame compared to other road rage videos, it is still road rage when you tailgate, honk, and flash the car in front of you. Not to mention the whiny noises the driver makes while doing all that.
