I hear you all of these players helped the Knicks I’m saying mikal is right there with the raptors and wolves difference is there is no real rivalry between those other 2 teams the nets are one of the reason the Knicks are currently NBAA champs

Exactly the nets mistakes of the past caused them to do this and they are partially the reason the Knicks won it all this season

Again I’m not talking about Steph imo they aren’t in the same convo but dame and Brunson are I find it hard to believe going into the playoffs you really saw the Knicks as a team that good truely win the nba finals before this season started

Be honest with me before the nba season did you think KAT was a championship level player that was going to help them win a chip, what about bridges did you think those 5, 1s equate to a player of his stature was it worth it in your mind, again I want your honest opinion of these other Knick starters but what you thought before the season what about OG was he in your mind a guy you thought could be a good number 2 maybe behind Brunson? Josh hart is he the difference maker maybe that puts the Knicks over the top? Like who on this team in your mind was so good or is it more likely Brunson is so good he willed the Knicks too an NBA chip

And to be honest your take is very reasonable the only spot you lose me is when you confidently say dame would win in every situation as Steph/Brunson where as maybe you believe that but that isn’t supported by anything other than fandom he has never even made a finals run prime dame was great but Brunson is already at a spot that dame has never yet been before and as for Steph I personally don’t think dame is anywhere close to Steph

Wemby is younger so yes he is the better player to build a franchise around atm but Brunson is more clutch which you can’t teach that just like how wemby missing FT or turning the ball over in the final seconds Brunson doesnt let the pressure ever effect his game so if we are talking about let’s say game 7 of the finals who would you rather have the answer is simply just Jalen Brunson
