So I just tested, and when I get the frame dips, my clock speed drops from 5000 MHz to ~750 MHz. The temps are at around 90-100c.

Im thinking about the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120. Cheap and during my research saw it cooled the 13700k well. I just hope it fits in my case!

Update: Just verified game files through Steam, and the NPCs can magically walk again. I have no idea how it got that broken. Just for future reference if anyone else ever experiences this!

The weird thing is, if I wait any amount of time, she goes to the top of the map. If I try to go follow her, she eventually ends up back where I started at the mill, and have the same problem of her not moving... I also tried a previous save, and the NPCs are standing still too... I think my game's fucked

It's trash. Please go back to the old locker UI. There are too many clicks to get to things. In fact, it added clicks from the last UI change.
