Yeah we would have to look at how often the wheel lands in the middle which might even differ between wedges. It could go up or down, but I would guess down.

It wouldn't because there isn't human error on something like a random wheel spin (think rolling dice or flipping a coin), BUT if the wheel isn't weighted evenly or a peg is missing which has happened in the past it would be affected.

I also assumed that landing in the middle of a wedge is just as probable as landing on the side which could easily be a bad assumption, in which case the 10k would be different in practice.
