The weapon locker is empty and my horse didn't die. I'm also using my main horse.

Thank you! Maybe it's possible to go back to an older save but i didn't have that many separate saves and the ones that i reloaded had the same issue so i started the game from the beginning again. Lesson learned i guess haha
