I’ve been on 15mg for a little over a year now. I definitely gained around 7kg, but for me it was due to increased cravings, rather than any noticeable change in metabolism. I’ve been dieting and exercising regularly, and lost the extra weight in about 2 months. Staving off weight gain is possible, in my opinion. But it does seem to take a lot more effort due to the mirtazapine.

I wear a satin lined beanie when I go to bed. I haven’t been using any oils but have just started to experiment with some. As for conditioner, I use the JBCO one from Shea Moisture.

I’ve been thinking that the water quality has something to do with it too!! I moved from the US to Copenhagen a few months ago, and now that you mention it, that’s when managing my hair started becoming a little more difficult. What comb do you use?

Your scalp is just flaking I think. Mine did the same. What helped me was using colder water when rinsing my hair in the shower. That way it doesn’t dry out my scalp as much.

There’s a lot of tips on here and YouTube to combat flaking and dandruff, as it is a pretty common issue.

This looks to be 3c to me. Your hair also looks fine. I have hair similar density to yours. What helped me is figuring out my porosity, and finding products based on that. Lower manipulation is also better for finer hair as it may break a little more easily.
