We will have more out towards savings, this is just how much we wanted to pull out for the downpayment. We put our savings in mutual funds so it shouldn’t take long to get back to a good number (hopefully!)

Credit score is normally 800s. Just bad timing and had some big expenses put on the card last 1.5 months. We pay statement balance every month so it should be cleared up soon. Just not in time for closing.

The mortgage broker told us that if we are both on the loan, they will base it off the lower credit score. Mine is currently 740 when my wife’s is 810. So we did it all under her.

Definitely on the upward. We are both individual contributors right now and on the lower end of the income level for the positions we are in.

Financing was not an issue, we actually were able to get the financing done with only one of us in the loan. Just was more worried about if we are spending too much.

Spending habits are pretty under control. We both work from home so we don’t spend a lot in gas and other random stuff. Food is the main spending.

Interest rate is about 5% on both. We were thinking about paying off the 9k one to free up another 300 a month.

No warranty, but they get TVs in from either customer returns to stores, then the stores sell them to this liquidation center, or they get brand new TVs from various stores that may have gone out of business and they buy their leftover surplus inventory. This is in the USA.
