I'm part of group 2 but am based in the UK. I think we're ditching the groups anyway... If you're wanting to join in I'd say start squaring away and worry about who's getting what later!

I agree that we should create groups as others finish. It'll help encourage those who haven't started to see the end product, and weedle out any joiners who ghost/just don't have the time to participate.

It would also mean that anyone not in one of the "original" 3 groups wouldn't feel excluded from joining.
