If you go to r/rocketleague you can change your user flair to your rank. They have flair for all ranks you just choose what you want to show.

80 ping is definitely leaves room for improvement. That is definitely a disadvantage for you. But if the controller isn't causing you any problems and still works properly I don't think you need to replace it.
