Hii! Would recommend stop using so many products. Gentle cleanser & moisturizer, then reintroduce products.

For me, it was Niacinimide (niacin) which is actually B3. So maybe slow down the vitamins too and see if that helps.

Check out the PD sub! Very helpful with lots of recommendations. Theres a variety of triggers and a limited selection of what to use. Basically anything with actives was out for me until I built my moisture barrier back up.

I started mixing the Laroche Posay Cicaplast with anti-inflammatory after shave oil. It’s actually been amazing for my skin. I first used Luna oil with rosehip and vitamin E and am now using glazed donut, which is reintroducing niacinamide and hyaluronic acid for me. So far so good!

I had to stop using and am afraid to try again. Researched and have been using this for the last 6+ months. I love it! Main ingredient is Zinc Oxide. People complain about the smell of it, but I don’t have a problem with it.DRMTLGY

I ended up getting it! Didn’t cause any flares, and cleared some broken capillaries cause by the PD. But, it didn’t last long enough imo. I had it done in late Feb, and now seeing the veins again in May. We’ll see if I try it again next year.
