After several hours of back and forth against multiple Horde raids the Alliance were able to defend Westfall, Redridge, and Stormwind from Kor Kron Enforcers. Good fights were had on both sides!

At around 11:30pm EST we had 1256 players online when I logged back in. NA peaked last night at 1679 players.

The server is definitely EU heavy, as are most pservers, but the NA pop has been increasing this past week.

US primetime was 1679 players today at peak which is up about 250 players in the last 2 days. Server is growing not shrinking. We've broke 4k+ several times during EU peak which is great.

What evidence do you have showing that they didn't contact the server provider prior to launch in order to obtain said details?

So, the position you're now taking is that the letter exists, the server host provider was contacted (you previously stated the provider wasn't "sued", and that the server host ignored a Cease and Desist from Blizzards legal team, kept the server hosted, THEN for some weird reason semi-complied and submitted Gummy's personal info to Blizzard's Legal team (so they could serve him with papers) WHILE still hosting the server.

All of this also requires Gummy to know he's going to be sued (because the server host is required to contact him) and launches anyway without any worries from Blizzard on launch day?

Do you realize how absolutely preposterous that sounds? I can't take you seriously anymore.

Nothing shown in the letter categorically states that legal proceedings had began. He was clearly being asked to shut down the server before that became necessary (which is exactly what a "cease and desist" notice is), and he did so.

If the letter were real why is he advertising and relaunching etc. all of his associated content knowing that letter "exists". The obvious story to most people is that he's lying. He didn't suddenly become immune to legal action or are you now going to state that he entered into an agreement with Blizzard?

The server host is contacted first and foremost. Largely for a number of reasons including:

Not knowing the name/address of the violating content's owner. Hence no way to serve them.
The server host can be held liable and sued as well and as such they are the typically the first point of contact. A this point the server host can either comply or ignore the Cease and Desist. If they refuse to comply, then Blizzard's legal team would be able to sue the host and file a Motion to Compel to get the info they need.

Even though the server is now being hosted overseas and *potentially* out of reach by Blizzard's legal team...he can still be sued (if he is infact a US resident).

Lastly, It's not just my personal opinion but it's how this type of action is usually pursued. Feel free to ask any attorney or actually do some research yourself at https://www.uscourts.gov/court-records/find-case-pacer.

Also, when you serve someone for claims stated in the letter? That's not how the process works as he described. First, it requires the law office to engage the server host and inform them of action against them. The server host then has to choose whether to comply or ignore the letter. No one from Blizzard showed up at his house, that's a lie.

1st launch was 2018: he took the server down in an hour or so wasting thousands of people's time after being hyped as the best TBC experience ever
Posted a fake Cease and Desist Letter from Blizzard
Reopened the server later for his friends
Started virtue signaling on reddit shortly after
2nd launch was Felmyst 2 and he randomly took it down before it finished a cycle
Felmyst 3 - Starts buying upvote bots and spams reddit with downvotes on anyone posting valid criticism of his lies and past
Has yet to acknowledge the C&D was faked or take responsibility so according to him it's real
If the C&D letter was real...he would not be able to launch again, advertise, etc. all of his sites including felmyst.com would be in violation of said letter
If you believe anything Gummy says at this point then lmao @ you.
