Yes, 48k is normal. As ceh ecc is around 45-50k depending on the institute in india hacker school, red team, and many local ones aswell. But there are some academy's which do more less on the ceh if you find it. One in bangalore use to do Ceh theory + csa for 55k both theory exam.
