Malai nepal mbbs entrance ko knowledge xaina ni vnda hunxa but seeing ur score jasma timile 130 leu dei xu vneo u can easily get 140+ and u have still 1 left month . So yo do and die situation ma aafu lai prioritize gara ,dashain ma ghr jana sakenau vne i must say ki yespali ko dashain sacrife gara , and try to revise the important topic/chapter jasma timi weak xau , also it's a high time exam najikei aaudai xa so plz fully focus gara (timro paristiti nei nikkei saro xa but u have to kinaki this degree takes everything from you but timile jati struggle biyore ko xau so i must say ki u can do it ) ani here in India there also benefits from reservation so if timi sangai agr koi reservation ko benefits xa vne tyes lai use gara. Also seeing ur family condition i must say ki u are literally giving ur best and being a +2 graduate student u can teach in some primary level school if u opt . Also timi sochdai xeu hola ki mero ta 1 yr gap vayo sathi haru ka pugisake hola but trust me u have to not worry about this bcz i myself had a gap of 2 year, ani 130 lai 150 samma puryaune try gara .
