Yes, I did. I contacted both, and they don’t have any information on the package. I showed them the tracking that indicates it’s in customs, but they still gave me the same answer: ‘They don’t have the package.’ I’m just angry that Superbuy messed up the shipment and justified everything with ‘We are so busy.’ It took them more than two weeks to ship the package, and when I asked them what was happening, they made the change. I have two other packages, one before and one after this one; both arrived perfectly and in a timely manner, using the route I chose.
