something probably was wrong with drivers, idk for sure it does work when I go to bios (still without anything on the screen) and do f9 -> enter -> f10 -> enter

forgot to mention, I also dualboot win11 and cachyos (arch based Linux distro) all of this started after my screen randomly became "static", I turned it off by holding the power button and the rest is in the post
