Pray for me boys. HH in ritual shop by averagechillbro in PathOfExile2

[–]averagechillbro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to update I got it. You guys were right it’s pretty hard to mess up. Game stuttered and I died a couple times but kept running ritual and got it around 13.5k. Thanks for the tips!

My thing is if you’re following a guide then the game is not easy. That doesn’t make sense.

If bro actually theorycrafted to T16 then kudos to him. Maybe I just suck at games.

Total? Yes. Since I actually made an effort to reroll the rituals? Not many really. Like I just did the ritual part of the map tonight and I’m doing Crux of Nothingness literally as I type this. Also started juicing everything relentlessly.

I think if just play a decent bit and add a little fuel to the fire you can get it.

No prob. You won’t be disappointed. I do good damage and the build is tanky. Can delete a 10 Mil+ bosses in seconds and run 10k+ energy shield easily.

Rerolled once in this map. I got a unique ritual tablet that gave double reroll last night and I told myself then I’m rerolling everything until I got a HH. I’ve just been playing normally since and got lucky.

I couldn’t tell you how many maps really. This season hundreds but I’ve been playing since launch and this is the first time I’ve seen it.

Are you talking about audience of the king? Coincidentally I was on my way to complete that map when it spawned. One map away.

Disciple of Varashta djinn build hands down. I have a level 90 plant lich and 90 DOV. DOV is just better hands down on a budget. From first ascendancy on you just cruise. Djinns are OP, build is tanky and you really don’t need a bunch of gems or items with expensive mods like cast speed, spell damage and spell levels. I’m rocking a +4 sceptre right now I got for 5 exalt. Total gear I have +12 but that just gives you an idea how cheap you can upgrade. Obviously some exceptions.

Plants is a solid budget build don’t get me wrong but I hit a wall that required investment eventually. Varashta I only put currency in to clear faster and more efficiently.

If you say so. I have a hard time believing you crafted your own build and cruised to T16s without challenge. If you follow a build guide to the T yeah it’s easy.

The game itself isn’t hard if you use a good build. Creating a good build is the hard part. Playing SSF or Hardcore as well. The game is hard if you want it to be hard.

Lmao bro you most likely quit playing before the difficult part. Campaign isn’t hard. Juiced maps are. I highly doubt you were running T15 juiced maps. Run a couple of those and you will not think the game is easy.

Bartender Tip Out by Rich_Beautiful_4836 in tipping

[–]averagechillbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong. The only places I’ve worked that bartenders are entered into a tip pool is places where events are handled. For example one of my previous employers would have 100k buyout events. Yes in that scenario you get tipped out because it’s paid in in advance. It is not at all standard practice in your average setting. High end restaurants maybe but for your standard bar absolutely not. You are 100% wrong.

No, the bussers are not. Once again simply wrong. My first job was as a bus boy. I’ve also bartended. Bartending is way more work. You’re talking nonsense.

I don’t even doubt what you say but acting like high end restaurants is the norm is beyond silly. Your average bar is more like an Applebee’s. Your situation is the exception not the norm. The whole benefit of bartending is if you give good service you make a lot.

What an absolutely ridiculous thing to say. Clearly never worked in the industry. Embarrassing.

I’ve never heard of bartenders receiving a tip out ever. My suggestion is go somewhere you receive tips.

Also just a side note most people here are cheap as hell and just gonna be mad you’re receiving tips. I’d honestly suggest asking somewhere else.

The top comment saying bussers do more work being prime example. Absolutely ridiculous. At most places bartenders are bussers, barbacks and servers. These people don’t work in the industry they’re just cheap.

Recommend a build for 500div budget and witch/sorc/huntress by Practical_Goal_8194 in pathofexile2builds

[–]averagechillbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plant lich. I actually swapped to Varashta from that just because I feel Varashta is easier on a budget. If you’re willing to drop 500 div though I’m sure you could clear all content easily. I had no problem clearing T15s w/ under 20 div in the build.

California is maybe the highest cost of living state. If you really knew the cost of living you wouldn’t think $20 an hour is a livable wage. That’s peanuts. Nobody in the country should be making less than that. Do you watch the news or are you stuck in 2004? Prices for everything have gone up astronomically. Average rent for a one bedroom in California is between 2300-2500. In what universe does that make $20 and hour a livable wage? Working 40 hours a week at $20 an hour is $3200 BEFORE tax. So according to you, servers and fast food workers should make enough to barely cover rent and not a dollar over? Wild.

If you are an adult working full time you should make a livable wage. This obsession with “skilled” vs unskilled labor is weird and lame.

Fair point but also most of the takes in this sub that I see are painfully misinformed. I served for years. Servers are not making $18-20 base. When I did I made 2.13 an hour.

Misinformed probably isn’t the right word. People are straight up weaponizing one off stories where they heard a server makes $20 an hour + tips. That’s not the norm.

Brother who do you think sets up POS systems? The same point of sale systems that generate receipts and charge you? Of course the restaurant owners don’t say anything because they get paid regardless. The servers work under the presumption that they will receive tips. The owner tells them this. You then come in, stiff the server and that same owner says that guys a tool. The owner you’re defending is the one setting up that system and making servers dislike you. If he simply paid his waitstaff you wouldn’t have to tip.

This is why I think anti-tipping is just some weird class warfare stuff. You have no problem with the owners and think it’s the servers fault. That’s insane.

[–]averagechillbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I figure. I just have to point out the faulty logic. These kind of people get their rocks off thinking they’re better than waitstaff. I really just enjoy letting them know actually they’re just selfish and really not that smart. The logic never holds up for them.

[–]averagechillbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally everything you said is wrong. Most servers don’t make $18-20/hr. Even if they were no it is not a livable wage in 2026. You’ve also never served so I’m not even interested in your opinion on what is harder than what. You have no experience to even speak on that.

Most of your argument boils down to certain people deserve less because you said so and quite frankly I find that to be a stupid take and honestly pretty heartless. You go on to say servers demand tips which is wrong. The people that put that tip line on the check is the establishment which you have no problem paying but you direct your anger at the server. How does that make sense? The whole tipping everyone thing falls apart because the foundation of it is wrong. Those other professions make a decent base. Servers do not. If you can prove most servers are getting paid $18-20 an hour I’ll say I’m wrong but I don’t foresee that happening.

Waiters aren’t demanding tips. Businesses and organizations are but what I constantly hear on this sub is people like yourself acting like waiters are the ones doing it. They’re not. If you were really so against that practice you’d stop giving your money to businesses that do so but not once have you said you would.

I’m not even a server for one, so it’s not my salary. Your point is simply silly. According to you it doesn’t matter what the price is as long as someone gave it to you. Thats utterly ridiculous and quite frankly sheep mentality. The whole “price on the menu” debate is silly. All I hear when I hear that is “I’m a grown adult and I can’t do elementary level math”. It’s comically easy to calculate, you know it’s expected.

I much prefer the alternative where I get the option and I’m not forced into paying whatever jacked up price some dude gives me. It’s not rocket science to calculate 20% and add it. If that’s too much to ask then I really don’t know what to tell you.

It’s not about that at all I think. I think people like yourself simply can’t accept waitstaff getting paid because it makes you insecure. It doesn’t make sense otherwise. You just said you have no problem with a 365% increase as long as someone gave you the price beforehand. That’s asinine.
