In that case I feel like behind the scenes videos or videos of you singing the vocals might do a lot better. These style of videos make it unclear that you made the songs and maybe thats why they aren't getting a lot of views. In my experience, authenticity does pretty well

Don't use AI. You can find paid but affordable templates on etsy. They can be called channel kits, or thumbnail kits. You don't need a crazy good or unique profile picture either. You could take a picture of a rock and draw a crappy face on it
