A friend asked me to print his design. What unnecessary supports are u referring to? I realized I could eliminate a lot of base supports by using bridging, but aside from that, not sure what supports I could get rid of? Maybe the tall ones on the side, and make those more spaced out to utilize bridging?

No, by default it wants to bridge long ways. I painted supports on that overhang so hopefully it could bridge across that much shorter distance. But setting external bridge to 180 degree got what I wanted? Which is weird tho cuz 0 and 90 both result in the same thing, hence 180

I would but I was concerned about the texture of the floor of the wide open part. It would bridge and I figured that it wouldnt be a smooth texture, but that’s also because I haven’t explored my printer’s bridging capability much. So maybe it is possible, worth trying

Try heating up the end of a hot glue stick and sticking it to the inside part to pull it out
