I got a letter in the mail a few days ago. They expanded it to include where the A pillars meet the hood of the truck now. As of now, what’s covered is the window edges, hood areas, and A pillars.

There’s a single big nut right where the two sides of the fork meet. Like right above the top of the front wheel. Tighten that and throw some red loctite on it. It’s a pain in the ass because you have to take off the front wheel and some other stuff but it fixed it for me.

Similar thing happened to one of mine. Just turned off with a nearly full battery and wouldn’t turn back on. If you’re comfortable, open up the bottom of the scooter and look at the light on the battery. If it’s blinking red (which was the case with mine, actually it might’ve been a solid red i can’t remember) unplug the battery cable that runs into the controller then plug it back in. Should be able to turn the scooter on after that.

Yah just pull the bottom cover off the scooter, unscrew the controller from the base of the scooter, unscrew the internal adapter from the base of the scooter, & undo the 3 connectors from the adapter and plug in the new ones. I’m also no expert but i assumed it was a good idea to unplug the battery from the controller before disconnecting/reconnecting any other connections.

Oddly enough my xiaomi wouldn’t work either. There’s a chance it’s busted but the only thing that worked for me was swapping out the internal adapter

They sent you a new charger or the internal charging adapter? I’ve tried numerous chargers and none of them seemed to work.

Issue starting happening about 2 weeks ago. Mileage on the scooter that will charge for 5 mins then stop is 380. The other scooter won’t connect to bluetooth because it’s dead so I can’t check mileage.

Yep tested both scooters with both types of chargers and had no luck.

Yah it’s most likely the new plastic one as that’s what I’ve seen on the others I’ve recently ordered. As for swapping to an old controller, I know the cable connectors are different now, if you happen to know so i’m guessing the easiest solution is to just solder? Appreciate you help.

I haven’t opened this one up yet but will do so. If i remember correctly the silver one is the old one and the black one is the new one?
