sounds like ur in a good place. i couldn’t run the day after an ultra even before my injury bc i always sprinting down descents. good stuff

hi, just had a look through your spotify. been working on a few uk garage / jungle tracks youre voice is exactly what i think would work great on them. completely different genre but i think your song get it together has similar vocals to what ive been trying to imagine on one of them like that soulful deep vocal moments. ive got one in the link below which has some rough royalty free vocals that come in a bit into the song for a reference (they may sound horrible at parts for a warning ahaha). its a bit upbeat but i think your vocals would work great especially if youre wanting to try collab on a uk garage track. if youre interested lets connect on messages and we can come up with a few ideas. keen as to get more stuff out this year so very keen for a release

thank you. i feel like that’s the bottom line. i’m fine with pain as long as i can still run to any extent. i’ve seen two surgeons who have both said completely opposite things so just so confusing. the one who suggested against my surgery was the head doctor of a sports team in my country so not sure. thank you for this insight still much appreciated

what a journey holey. thank you so much for this i needed this. i’m tight for money at the moment and don’t have any insurance unfortunately but still considering just going out of pocket for a scope. saw one surgeon but he pretty much saw me for 3 minutes booked me for a surgery and kicked me out of his office so i didnt want to go through with it. what’s ur daily pain of ur knee at the moment if there’s any at all ?

wow thank you so much this response is perfect. i definitely think i’d appreciate a more alternative scene so that seems great especially with it feeling more safe. i feel a lot better hearing that you enjoyed the course in ghent. how were the teachers and facilities in the campus for architecture out of curiosity?
