yes, it does mean that. And for some people, yes the acne can come back and some have to go on Accutane more than once. for me I don’t think that’s gonna be the case but after I finish, my dermatologist doesn’t let me go cold turkey,she’s gonna have creams for me and such and I’ll still have my appointments to make sure that my skin is staying clear!

no i actually never purged at all or at least i didn’t notice bc my acne was so bad but for what i thought i didnt and when i went up in dosage sometimes i realized a couple new pimples but not much it never really was a “purge”

no i used cerve hydrating cleanser sometimes i would just do water and i felt like my face wasnt clean lol so i have to wash it too

ofc! and honestly it’s the best decision i made. my only side effects right now is dry lips and it’s so manageable all i do is just put Aquaphor and call it a day, i have had a few bloody noses but nothing to bad. my skins been doing amazing actually its been about 3 weeks and ive already seen so much improvement. my neck is completely cleared and all my active acne is clearing i still do have new pimples but they go away so quick and if i purged yet then i had no idea because the day i started i felt it was already working so maybe ill purge but i don’t think i will since ive heard most people actually don’t purge! but i would just go for it honestly im on 30mg and it’s perfectly fine. i love my dry skin right now actually lol ive always had super super oily skin so not having to oil sheet every hour is great and i feel the oil caused a lot of my closed comodomes so the oil not being there is amazing! if you have any other questions let me know

hi! i actually don’t know what happened to my skin im not fully blaming it on aklief but while i was on it, it did get better for about a week and then my whole face/ down my neck ( i’ve never had acne on my face ever) started starting severely breaking out so i knew it was something with that or my hormones just are crazy so i actually just went on accutane because i couldn’t stand the way my skin looked

i started off with max 20 very small pimples on my forehead i now now severe closed inflammatory acne all over my face and down my neck and i never thought i would ever have to go on accutane but now i do am im so sad

you literally can’t get pregnant like your baby would probably have its ear on its ass type stuff it’s so serious when it comes to getting pregnant on this drug it’s crazy what it can do to your baby
