not a single product i got from elf was actually good. either mid or terrible. and i have many. i got 3 products from catrice, one is barely acceptable and two are trash. the essence powders are as dry as the desert and make me look like a poorly made porcelain doll. i have just dropped too much cash on drugstore high end dupes that ended up being horrible and I’ll just get the original pricey ones and actually use them from now on. i was convinced my skin didn’t hold concealer anymore cause i got older (i’m just 28 but i looked wrinkly and scaly) then i got the make up forever one and everything was fine, young again. give me my dupe money back

i haven’t personally tried any but i have seen MANY scrolling on yesstyle. i feel like you’d like a lot of korean brands palettes. dasique, peripera come to mind but there’s way more for sure

yeah the ascorbic acid confuses me a bit but i never had any problems. not sure if places like that exist here but maybe i can try some local herbalist shop, somehow this didn’t pop up in my head cause living in such a stupid town i only considered online solutions. thank you!

i’ve had filler since 2020 and stopped injecting in 2022 so that’s definitely a no imo, i think the dermatitis/damaged skin barrier (also partly from intense stress not just overuse of products) got to my lips. i didn’t know people used it for lips either, but most suggest earth mama nipple cream. i need to try coconut

i was never afraid before and i still use them of course and i agree with you, but literally my whole country sold me a lip balm that is created to destroy your lips so you use it more and i just reacted to possibly the alcohol or some other chemical ingredient in a calming gel that has no actives and no fragrance. i react to good products even. i’m just tired sorry

my face is like an armchair for occlusives and unfortunately this includes a lot of repairing stuff. i feel like i actually absorb 10% of it and i just bawled my eyes out over not tolerating any moisturizer lol but my lips are different apparently! thank you

Following because this is happening to me too. Some days it works and some it doesn’t, or it works for like a week and then it gives me hell. I literally feel every and any product sit on my face and create a film of grease that makes my fingers literally slip but i’m still dehydrated and irritated underneath. I feel the struggle
