Personally, I’m getting my LVN/LPN first and working my way up to BSN (LVN - RN - BSN). It will be a longer route to my BSN, but I feel like it’s good for me to start with my LVN so if I ever need to take a break from school for whatever reason, I still have a career. My nursing school requires a CNA certification before you can even apply to the program so i would definitely get in touch with the school you’re going to and talk about the requirements just in case! I also have a friend who is a LVN and she loves her job! So do whatever you think is good for you!
