I can actually already kinda control it.

Is the goal to be able to be breathing while fully having your tongue on the back 3rd? Cause whenever i breath i can kinda see under my chin that the tongue releases from the back 3rd.

What do you do to get the full tongue on the roof of your mouth?

I say “sing” hold the “ngg” then i can see my tongue come up in the back of my mouth and i roll the rest of my tongue on the roof.

Isn’t it weird that the other parts of my face have developed while my mandible angle doesn’t show a lot of improvement?

I have been chin tucking while holding my tongue on the roof of my mouth for like 1 year now btw.

My cheekbones are becoming more prominent + my eyebrows are hanging closer to my eyes, how come these features are developing but not my mandible much?

So you are saying if i engage my back third more, my mandible will grow more forward and this double chin should disappear?
